We are more than open to offers, however please do not take offence if your offer is so declined. There is nothing personal in this. 

⭐POSTAGE

We are more than happy to combine postage! 

If you need combined post please send us a message so we can issue your an invoice with the adjusted postage cost. To do this add your items to cart, and click buy it now. Send us a message and we can issue an invoice that you pay. Unfortunately we cannot issue an invoice before you choose buy it now. 

Our preference is to ship auspost express for all national orders & Auspost international express for global orders as it’s tracked, and with you to enjoy as soon as possible, however we are also more than happy to send standard just shoot us a message  with your preference and we can issue an invoice with cheaper postage.

For all international shipping we encourage buyers to check if there are any customs fees to bring items purchased into your country.

Ebay will collect VAT (which will appear in your total at checkout) but your country may also collect other fees associated with the processing of your order through customs. We recommend doing a google search to see an approx  percentage in advance  to avoid unexpected charges at delivery.

We are unable to adjust this amount, add it to any amounts already paid or give refunds of extra costs incurred. 

This is  the responsibility of the buyer at point of purchase- we do not receive a percentage of VAT or customs charges.

⭐IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED

We take every opportunity to identify faults such as marks, stains,  seamstress, holes, tears, missing buttons, or damaged hems, however we are not perfect and things can be missed.

In the event of this happening, please send us a message and we will create a return label for you to post the item back to us.

Upon the return of the item you can choose from the following:

A Full refund

Or

We will repair or clean the item to the standard listed in the original item description that you purchased it from.

⭐SIZING

Please message if you need measurements or are unfamiliar with brand sizing, not every brand follows the same measurements, we are more than happy to provide you with feedback or suggestions on a wide range of brands in our store ( along with the measurements) send us a message and we’ll do our best to answer any questions. 

⭐RETURNS

We are happy to offer 30 day free returns! If your purchase does not work out or is unsuitable we are happy to have the item returned for a full refund or it it to be fixed, cleaned, repaired etc to the standard it was listed as.

⭐UNPAID/SELLER CANCELLED ORDERS 

We understand that life can change daily and sometimes purchases cannot be completed. Please reach out so that we can resolve your order as soon as possible. Ebay allows 4 days for payment to be made and a range of payment methods, if this is not enough, please message to see if we can help. 

Multiple order cancellations due to non payment and no communication will result in you being blocked.
