Cover is in decent condition with some gloss, but  shows wear ,age, and scuffing. Crease lines, scuffs, softness and wear at corners, yellowing of whites  on back. Roll to spine, wear along spine, rips and tears at staples.  Interior pages are complete, intact, off-white to yellow at edges.  See pictures for more details.
