29" Wide  old school BMX bars.  Looks straight or close to it.  Some crimp at the clamp area.  Has been painted with a teal or blue-ish paint., Looks uncut.  Very lightweight for this size bar. 

Similar dimensions to Revcore handlebars from late 1980's, no stampings that I could find.
