             The softcover book is in fair to good minus condition. There are a few dog eared pages, a few pages with stains and a couple of pages with small edge tears.  
 The softcover wraps are in fair to good minus condition with overall wear.  There is a corner missing on the front bottom. The front cover is separated from the staples but is tight and secure to the book. The binding is tight and square.
