1. We will dispatch your item within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment, via "airmail" and the official post of the destinations.
Please don't give us wrong or undeliverable address. Shipping and handling fee will be charged again if you request to send the item again.

3. We can just estimate the approximate delivery time to some countries, but we can not guarantee it. This is quite normal, as it is determined by the working efficiency of the customs and post offices in these countries, their relevant policies, local environment (e.g. bad weather), or your location(e.g.remote village or mountainous areas). For buyers from North America or Australia , please contact us if you fail to receive the items within 35 days after your paid. For European buyers, please let us know when you fail to receive the items within 45 days after the payment, as the customs in European countries

1. A refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 30 days of product arrival.
You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
Please include full name and address details with your return along with the reason for return of item.
If an item is returned because it is no longer wanted or the wrong item was purchased, a refund will be issued subject to the reduction of postage & packaging fees.

2. Exchange/Replacement:

All the products we are selling include factory warranty, don't cover items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form.
Please contact us via eBay Message if you have NOT received item in 30 days, we will check it with post office, and then resend or refund any missing item.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty in anyway, you must contact us ASAP and then return it within 7 Days of receipt. The postage and packaging fee will NOT be refunded.
We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.

1. Any manufacturing fault has to be reported within 7 days and it shall be exchanged / replaced in accordance to our exchange policy.
