While most deliveries take 1-6 days please allow up to 12 days for issues that are out of our hands.
No deliveries are available after hours and on weekends
If problems to arise please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.
In store pick up is available for our Brisbane Showroom.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging unopened/unused
Goods that have been opened can not be returned
Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser, we do not reimburse return postage costs.
Original postage fees are non refundable. If the item was purchased "Freight Free" then a 10% restocking fee will be applied to any itme being returned.
Purchaser has 30 days to notify us of intension to return item, after this time the item can not be returned.
All warranties listed are Manufacturers warranties and all goods must be returned to us for fault inspection prior ro repair/refund. Return postage is at the expensive of the purchaser for all warranty returns.
