Pair of gold wall sconce style or ceiling mounted swivel cone lights. Likely 50s, could be 60s and may be manufactured by Eichler though I see no markings to help determine this. I suspect it is a choice upon installing them if you want an already existing wall switch to operate them or simply wire for the switch on each base to handle that function. Or you could wire for both options. Original wiring looks good though we had no way to test them. These would look terrific in any home, office, gallery or yacht.
