rock music and rock guitar soloing. He was born on July 18, 1941, in West Harrison, Indiana, near Cincinnati,
 Ohio1. He started his recording career in 1963 with his breakthrough LP, The Wham of that Memphis Man, which 
featured his signature instrumental hits “Memphis” and "Wham."
