Shipment: I ship same or next
day and have packages scanned at the counter. In-transit delays are
possible with USPS / FedEx due to labor shortages / increases in volume. Any
delays of your package while in transit to you are not my responsibility or fault.
I have no control over the package once it is accepted/scanned at USPS or
FedEx. Therefore, no refunds will be issued by me for items
received after the estimated delivery date, or if the item is scanned
‘delivered’ and then stolen from your porch.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
If your item is delayed or lost, contact me. I can reach out to the carrier on your behalf
and put a tracer on it. If your item is
stolen, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS or FedEx. I can help you with that. If you open a
claim through eBay, they take the full refund out of my pocket which includes the
price of the item, the shipping, and they keep fees charged. Please don't
do that to me.
Pricing: Offers
and counter-offers are appreciated and most often accepted. If you make an offer and it is accepted,
please pay for the item promptly.
Issues with Item: Scams
are also becoming more frequent with some buyers. They will claim an item is not as described
in order to get the purchase price refunded and keep the item, or not have to
pay for return shipping. I’m not
Amazon. Please don’t scam me
with a false ‘item not as described’ return claim.
As a buyer, I ask that you do your due diligence before making a purchase
- Ask questions before bidding, making offers, or purchasing. Pictures in the
listing also serve as part of the item description. Review them and request more if needed. As a seller, I
sometimes miss things – never on purpose. I sincerely do my best to
be as accurate as possible. If that
happens, contact me first with a benefit of the doubt attitude and the issue
will be worked out.
Feedback: Lastly, I want your
positive feedback! If you leave negative
feedback, eBay will take away my discount on fees in addition to lessening the
visibility of my listings. Some buyers,
unfortunately, blackmail sellers by threatening negative feedback if they do
not get their demands met. Please don’t
do that to me either.
