We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day from receipt of payment.All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

For UK customers delivery is Free unless specified,1ST and 2ND  class postage can be added at checkout when you finalise payment for your item. 1st class is typically 1-2 working days after dispatch and 2nd class 2-3 working days (as defined by royal mail). We therefore generally advise customers that orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days however we would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us for unforeseen delays. Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery. Typically this is 3-5 working days for European customers and 5-10 working days for customers outside the EU. However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer. In line with Royal Mail delivery policies, we accept an order as lost after 10 working days for deliveries to UK addresses and between 20 and 25 working days for deliveries to outside of the UK.These are the maximum times we would ask customers to wait and is in line with other sellers.
