We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day from receipt of payment.All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

For UK customers delivery is Free unless specified,1^ST and 2^ND  class postage can be added at checkout when you finalise payment for your item. 1^st class is typically 1-2 working days after dispatch and 2^nd class 2-3 working days (as defined by royal mail). We therefore generally advise customers that orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days however we would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us for unforeseen delays. Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery. Typically this is 3-5 working days for European customers and 5-10 working days for customers outside the EU. However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer. In line with Royal Mail delivery policies, we accept an order as lost after 10 working days for deliveries to UK addresses and between 20 and 25 working days for deliveries to outside of the UK.These are the maximum times we would ask customers to wait and is in line with other sellers.

Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging. Packaging materials are increasingly getting costly as we try to use the best available to avoid any damage to your goods so please bear this in mind before leaving your feedback for postal and packaging charges.
