Exceptional oil on canvas painting depicting what could be a Cape May, NJ scene or Cape Ann, Mass. scene, since the first few letters of the word "Cape" appear on the large sailboat to the right.

Hints at modernist, cubist qualities with the boat in the background.  Notice how well this artist captures the feeling of wet water on the dock in the foreground.  Definitely the work of a major artist.
