Both chairs are in very good vintage condition. Upholstery is in very good condition, likely repholstered professionally a few decades ago- in this beautiful multicolor strand upholstery that is in great shape.  From a distance a very subtle tone but up close, a beautiful array.

Chairs have no tags but they are a quality build, same as Weiman used for this design... these are highly likely to be the original Kagan build of this design.   If looking for "Kagan style" chairs in a similar form please feel free to ask, we do have a pair in bed is repholstering that are likely not official licensed.
