• 1913 and 1973 - TWO TYPEWRITTEN EULOGIES FOR related WASHINGTON STATE PIONEERS

Two typewritten original documents - eulogies for two different (but related) Washington State pioneers, Hazel and Willis ----.  Three pages total. The first is dated 1913 and is for Willis ----.  Willis was Hazel's father, who crossed the plains in 1852 to the Northwest.  He was born in 1840 and died in 1918 - two pages.  Willis and his wife lived in Edison, where they homesteaded, ad later moved to Seattle where Willis was a police officer.  The second one is dated April 12, 1973 and is for Hazel ---, born in Seattle in 1894, discusses her father crossing the plains with ox teams in 1852 - one page. and Hazel lived in Burlington, Skagit County. Both in good condition.
