Headlight is in Good Condition. Face of lens is in good working condition. There are some very small/minor scratches/cracks/imperfections (as shown in pictures). I pointed them out with yellow pencil. One tab is broken on headlight (as shown in pictures). All other Tabs are in perfect condition. Does not come with module (would need to be transferred from old to new headlight).
