Refurbished products are goods that High Street retailers can’t sell on for various reasons. They may be surplus stock, end of line or discontinued models, 30 day customer returns, unwanted gifts, or items with damaged packaging.
When products arrive to our refurbishing facility, they are technically tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Before sale, all products undergo a comprehensive quality control process by our team of technicians. Usually, the item will be supplied with its original packaging and will be in excellent condition. If the original packaging is not supplied we will supply other secure packaging to keep the item well protected in transit.
We include a 12 month warranty provided by us, Yellow Electronics (unless otherwise stated above). Our warranty is for your peace of mind and demonstrates our confidence in each and every product we sell.
