It is in excellent pre-owned condition without any issues. The scene is of a Jack Russell Terrier sitting in the snow with a pair of antlers tied on his head with a red bow.  It is a 100% wool petit-point needlepoint picture surrounded by a 100% cotton tartan plaid cloth that is also on the back. The edges are trimmed with a red cord finish. It measures 12" x 12" and there is a zipper closure at the bottom.
