H&R adjustable lowering springs 23000-3 for BMW 5 40-55/25-40mm


H&R height adjustable springs allow adjustable lowering on vehicles with and without standard adaptive shock absorbers or active suspensions. The standard shock absorbers including all electronic control functions are retained.

    • H&R height adjustable springs are already available for a wide range of vehicles. The precision-manufactured adjustment units, in combination with the H&R springs matched to the vehicle and the standard shock absorbers, open up completely new possibilities. Guaranteed driving fun and low ride – without having to do without electronic damper adjustment on standard adaptive suspensions.

    The innovative threaded adjustment units of the H&R height adjustable springs replace the rigid spring plate of the standard damper and thus enable individual lowering on the front & rear axle while continuing to use the standard shock absorbers.


    Technical information
    12 - Vehicles fitted with BMW M-Technic, MB-Sportsline, Audi Sportsuspension etc. will show less lowering as they are already factory lowered.
    32 - Depending on engine, gearbox/transmission, equipment and vehicle tolerances lowering may differ from the values given. Please note before purchase: This suspension is a very low version! Customer and/or workshop is responsible for clearance, necessary work and/or additional other modifications/changes.
    65 - The lowering dates were determined from the test cars. Please note that the maximum lowering can not reached with every car.
