Los Angeles CA: XENO Publications, 1969.   64pg booklet, 78 b&w cards with one extra blank card and another with the Qabalistic Tree of Life. Card backs are Winged Scarabs and Wadjet eyes, in red, yellow, blue & green. Interestingly "The Fool" card looks like one of the 3 Magus cards in the later printed Crowley Thoth Tarot [ie, 80 cards with 3 Magus cards]. All contained within a plastic box with black bottom, clear top.  Two of the cards are from a different printing of the set--please see pictures.
