Payment

We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security, we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

Shipping

At Astile we aim to dispatch the products the same working day if it has been ordered before 1400 hours. Our postage provider is royal mail and standard shipping post is classified under 2nd class postage. If you wish to get a different delivery service like 1st class postage or an express delivery then please feel free to contact and we will arrange it for you.

Postage for 2 or more items will cost you no more than £5.95 UK only.

Please be aware that if you choose the express 24-hour delivery, orders need to be received before 1 pm, for next working day delivery, our courier does not deliver on a Saturday, orders received after 1 pm will be processed on the next working day.

If you live outside the UK please contact us for a postage quote, before purchase.

Returns  

FAULTS: Should your item be faulty please contact us via an eBay message. We can then supply you with further details like returns authorization number and returns address. Items are inspected by ourselves and our manufacturing units Quality Control Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unused and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and tags). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund including return postage. Returns must be returned at buyer expense.

UNWANTED ITEM/WRONG SIZE: Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via an eBay message. You must notify us immediately and return the item within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the item cost for unwanted items. No postage costs will be refunded. For, the wrong size we will return the item cost and the postage cost.

EXCHANGE: Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via an eBay message so we can assist you. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging charge as shown on eBay. Return postage costs are the buyer?s responsibility, on arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way.

Any item not received back in the original condition will be sent back to the buyer at their cost, any item also returned back to us that smells of cigarette smoke will also be returned back to the buyer. Please allow 7 working days to process your refund or exchange.

We do not advertise any of our item listed on eBay as indestructible and once the item is used you accept our term of sale and return policy.
