Becoming quite hard-to-find

Buggy and parts illustrations throughout. The thin covers are quite worn, with soiling & edge-tears; address directions hand-written on the front; the 2 fore-corners are heavily 'bumped' that also dog-eared the pages on the bottom corner; the rare book has wear & rubbing consistent with a 'Good' to 'Fair' rating (see photos).
Stapled-in is a hand-written price quote for one buggy. Also slipped-in is a letter outlining a used buggy for sale, by an individual.
