Vintage Schrader Tru-test Special U.S. Property Ordinance Dept. Sept. 1944. It has tarnishing a bend in the top neck maybe normal not sure, dose read close to the correct pressure but leaks air around the mouth because of hardened gasket.  Please view all photos for further details and condition
