This highly collectable and rare cigar/cigarillo scissor style cutter is a quality piece made in Solingen, Western Germany.
Classic art-decor inspired design, 24k gold-plated stainless steel body. The cutter provides a sharp, clean guillotine cut. The cutter arm is stamped Stainless Germany, Solingen. Arrives in a velvet presentation/storage pouch.
