This sale is for 1 vintage complete Bucilla Embroidery Kit for a sampler -
this kit includes the printed Oyster linen, 11 x 14 black wooden frame with gold gild edge, nails, floss,
stretch hoop, instructions & the original box.
The pattern is #2901 'Good Manners' and has 5 scenes :
a girl knocking on a door with Good morning - May I come in?
a child eating - May I have more milk please?
a child going up stairs - Good night everybody
a boy bumping into a lady reading - Please excuse me
a young girl receiving a present from a man - Thank you so much
I purchased this at an estate sale - on one side some cross stiches were started.
I have not washed the fabric for fear of losing the pattern, nor have I ironed it as I did not
want to heat any dust or age yellowing into the fabric.
I thought this was a special old sewing kit
The shipping will be at least 2 pounds since to protect the box & wooden frame, it will have to go into another larger box. If you did not want the box & frame the shipping would be lower & 1st class
