            The hardcover book is in good minus condition free from rips, tears, bends, and writing. The fore edge is decorated.  There are a few light stains on a couple of pages and the top corner is missing on the front free end page.  There are a few labels on the front and back end pages.  The book is missing the index pages in the back.  The book has been rebound and looks to be from Lily Dale, NY. 
Lily Dale is a hamlet, connected with the Spiritualist movement, located in the Town of Pomfret on the east side of Cassadaga Lake, next to the Village of Cassadaga. Located in southwestern New York State, it is one hour southwest of Buffalo, halfway to the Pennsylvania border.
The rebound boards are in good minus condition with little edge wear and a few stains.   The binding is tight and square.
