Beautiful Vintage Brass 1939 Perpetual Calendar 40yrs. No Makers Mark. Asian?

Mechanism works fine including instructions for leap years! Beautifully embossed bronze/gold colour with red highlights. Ace decorative collectable from the outbreak of WWII.
