Unfortunately Item is very heavy and shipping will be based on weight of item and distance from me to you and dimension of shipping box.
It Comes with the original box.
The post office building Does have a light cord, which worked at time of auction listing.
There is a small item apparently missing from the front corner of the base by the front fence, see pictures.
(I didn’t even notice it at first when I started taking the pictures. )
Original cardboard Box has some slight shelf storage wear.
