Rare…the book says #’d to 350. My research says a total of 448 were printed. 10th anniversary of the 2004 1st Ed. This book is signed by King’s co-author but not numbered!! I don’t know if they got forgetful on one of the 350, or this is one of the other 98. I have the book only…no case. This book is used, but in great shape…barely read. I’ll be shipping priority mail.
