Antique Civil War Era Military Style Foundry Cast Iron Andirons Epaulet. Top has a center Star and looks like a flame at the top. Center Roman Style Column has Flames at the bottom. Has a Shield at the bottom. The back is flat and is marked at the top No. 5 in an indented area. These are very heavy weighing about 20 lbs. Total weight 40 lbs.

17 1/2" tall and 13 3/4" from front to back.
