The car comes with a used battery (may not work) and charger. The controller had some old batteries inside that caused some corrosion and may not work (see pics).

B3 chassis base. The Phoenix BXII was sold as a RTR (2.4Ghz Ace Radio
System , 17T brushed motor and a Ace Veloci RS ESC)
Thunder Tiger bought the rights to that Team
Associated RC10 B3 model and after it was out of production and they
re-released the chassis with a slightly different body as the Phoenix BX, a
budget RTR but with proven pedigree. It should still provide a good entry into
2WD competition.
