The dark amber bottle is a beer growler; robust and hefty with a winged lady figural pewter handle. The band attachment around the neck is inscribed: "GLASINDUSTRIE DRESDEN DRGM No 182888.  The cork stopper ( obviously a mismatch) is a collectible trinket by itself. It is marked "Listerine" around the metal ring (finger pull); the cork is also stamped "LIDER SPHB".  The bottle is in very good  condition with some shallow chipping or roughness along the rim;  the metal bands are tarnished; the pewter handle has turned to dark grey. No cleaning done. The Listerine stopper can be removed but is part of the sale.
