You are looking at a 1976 SB Chevy Rochester Q-jet 4 bbl Carburetor. The ID tag is stamped 7045583 YZ & is dated 347 4 (Dec 75).  It is correct for 76 Chevy or GMC truck / Blazer with 350. You are getting it, as pictured, recently found in a carb shop cleanout. Looks to be complete. Nothing is frozen. All moving parts move. This is a virgin core for rebuild. Fresh out of years of dry attic storage.
