A very fine quality antique double bass bow . French circa 1880 . The quality is very fine indeed . Beautiful flamed and figured head extremely elegant . My opinion with research this most likely is attributed to a maker of importance . Vigneron shape model.

The stick being round extremely strong and straight . Some very old repairs around the button end of stick but all solid and strong .

Frog and button original slight wear to frog but once again solid .

Really nice old French bow .
