I bought this in the UK and that is why the label says 14. It is a Petite size as you can see from the model wearing it who is a petite.
I found this stunning top at a vintage shop in the UK.
You can wear this top over a pair of jeans or a pencil skirt. It looks great both ways. It's the perfect blouse to wear for a cocktail party. Wear it for Prom.

The fabric is Nylon and Elastane and Metal yarn.
MEASUREMENTS taken when flat and across the back:
from pit to pit: 16" and stretches (bra 33 - 36)
across the waist: 15" and stretches (25 - 30")
