This tufted confection of a wedding dress was designed and made by hand in the 70's by Hazel Coté, an accomplished seamstress who worked on the set of Time Bandits (1981) as the assistant costume designer.

This beautiful original design is marked inside the inner dress with a lovely embroidered tag, and fits barbie and her 11.5" friends perfectly.

There are two high quality snaps on the inner liner dress, and one on the tulle and lace overlay dress. A godet style creates exceptional volume and a full, perfect circle skirt. Seams and all finishing is excellent and professional. Pretty embroidered blue rose bouquets embellish the front frills.

Vintage and preowned, this dress is in great condition with no missing snaps, rips or tears. Could use a dry clean (do dry cleaners charge per garment for doll clothes? Inquisitive minds want to know..).
