This item is 3D Printed in PLA plastic which is made from a renewable resource. It’s biodegradable and eco-friendly. These are lightweight and due to the printing process, there may be some imperfections. 3D Printing involves the heating and depositing of material on a flat board one layer at a time. Each model is custom printed to order. I print these as a hobby and am not a large scale manufacturer. They are all printed in the USA.

Buildings will be packaged in bubble wrap separately from 3D printed base. They can be glued on in whatever configuration you choose.
