All items listed in their original packaging are assumed to contain the correct part(s) in their respective sizes and quantities unless otherwise marked. Packages may be scratched, torn, crushed or resealed due to storage and warehousing.

Items listed as "USED" are not tested and condition is not known. Used items are sold "AS IS" unless stated otherwise. Any condition known will be noted in Item Specifics: Condition. Picture(s) shown may not always be the exact item received if quantity states more than one available. 

 

TURNAROUND TIME:

Same day shipping is available on all orders made before 1:00PM EST Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information. Also, please contact us to make pickup arrangements. Items left beyond 30 days will be marked abandoned and customer loses the right to the item or items, no exceptions.

  

SHIPPING:

UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail is used at our discretion for all Domestic shipping. Due to size and weight restrictions, larger items require freight shipping.  For those items tagged for Freight Charge, the buyer must contact their own carrier for a quote. If the buyer does not specify their desired freight carrier, PR39 Industries, LLC will choose the most cost-effective freight carrier available. Next day and 2-day shipping are available for an additional fee. Shipping quotes do not include International Taxes or Duties; buyer will be responsible for any Import Tax and Customs Fees. For all International purchases, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and related fees.

 

PAYMENT:

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving invoice if requested. If payment not received in 7 days, items will be forfeited. For purchases requiring Freight Shipping, charges must be received within 4 days.

We only accept payment through PAYPAL.

RETURNS:   

Items received damaged during shipping must be claimed via UPS, USPS, or the freight carrier through insurance. All items shipped by PR39 Industries LLC are inspected before shipment to be in advertised condition and cannot be held responsible for damage during shipping.  Any items purchased and found to be ordered incorrectly for whatever reason cannot be returned for a refund.
