This really nice HO gauge loco by Liliput is 4213 a German BR 42 2-10-0 Steam Locomotive as used in Austria by ÖBB. It is in black and red livery and has the running number 42.2702

The DRB Class 42 was a type of steam locomotive produced for the Deutsche Reichsbahn. It is one of the three main classes of the so-called war locomotives (Kriegslokomotiven), the other two being class 50 and 52.

Seventy of the class were captured during World War II by the Soviet Union; under Russian ownership they were given the classification TL (ТЛ). They were introduced in 1943 and a number remain in operational preservation. 

This example is in excellent condition (see pictures). I have not tested it but see no reason why it would not run. The box is a little shelf worn, loose parts are included - see pictures. 

This locomotive is really just very nice and high quality. 

This loco would look great on a layout.
