These are actually called "cigarette pants" from Victoria's Secret.  They're very pretty and figure flattering. They're a pretty blue color.   Waist measures 13.25" across back, lying flat.  Rise is 7.25"  Inseam is 26".  Total leg opening is 11".  98% cotton and 2% elastane. Two pockets in front and one faux pocket in back. Zip front with metal hook and eye at the top. The tag has been cut out so item couldn't be returned.  Free shipping.

   Most of the items are from my home or family and friends and cleaning out closets and cabinets.
