Our business, established in 2005 in the UK, began as a Sunday market stall where we sold handmade handicrafts to local shoppers. As we expanded our product range, we outgrew our stall and moved to a store in a shopping center. We were successful there for five years, building a base of loyal repeat customers. Please let us know if you are still waiting for your item after 15 days (UK) or 30 days (international) and we will process this further for you. Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All return items must be unused with its original tags and package. We will inspect all the return items, used items are neither refundable nor exchangeable and you will be liable to pay postage to return the item to you.
