Green hard cover cloth with gilt has 49 color illustrations by OFM Ward, 49 line illustrations by Katherine Kimball, 24 paintings and sculptures, 3 maps including one fold out and 349 pages..book is heavy at just a smidge over 3 lbs. 

The book is in good condition. Cover is attractive despite some normal wear..upon seeing the beauty of the cover..I couldn't wait to see the contents. You won't be disappointed..filled with everything that made late Victorian Paris a wonder. All pages are intact with no missing or torn pages. Spine is good...not split.. but not super tight. Some scattered light soil.. nothing to go crazy over. A lovely book to own and treasure.  Priced right and accordingly.
