This is a Vintage Pre War Tin American Flyer Observation Car S Gauge #4042  AS IS As Shown. This a Excellent condition in either hardly used or restored condition, but it is really in nice condition. I am selling it AS IS for not being sure if it is a repaint or not. If it is it was expertly done.
