VINTAGE CUSTOM LIGHTED TYCO RED WITH WHITE STRIPES PETERBILT on a RECONDITIONED TYCO US1 Chassis 

Track tested and runs strong and fast! Body and graphics are in excellent condition. Chrome is in great to excellent condition. This truck has been meticulously cleaned (hair, lint removed, body washed in mild detergent) and oiled. New pick up shoes were installed. This truck has a brown gear that is in great shape and not cracked. Brown gears were far superior to the white ones, IMHO. New silicone rear US1 tires have been put on. Original black light insert was removed and a 3D printed clear light insert was installed. Cab lights and fog lights were painted amber! New light bulb was installed. No broken pieces and the truck cleaned up nicely! Great looking and running truck! I am including the original black factory light insert. These lighted red Peterbilts were originally included in the Night Haulers set.

I've been rebuilding US1 vehicles for quite a while now so I have some experience as to what is good and what is not. I specialize in converting interesting TYCO slot car bodies (originally on HP7, 440X2, HP2, Curvehugger) to fit TYCO US1 chassis. I like to use vehicles that are from the era of the US1 trucking sets. Specifically targeting lighted vehicles or making vehicles lighted.
