A feature rich DIY alarm system designed to protect a home or small office. This totally wireless system is easy to install and set up, which makes it perfect for renters or for properties where running wiring is difficult. The kit includes one wireless door/window sensor and one wireless PIR motion detector out of the box, with support for up to 50 sensors (sold separately) to cover your home or office.
Once an intrusion is detected, an ear-piercing siren sounds and your phone can be sent an immediate notification alert via the Internet. For additional security, you can add a 4G sim (not included) into the control panel, so that the system can send SMS notifications and call to up to 5 phones in the case of a Wi-Fi outage. In addition, with a 4G sim installed, you can make calls directly from the main control panel.
Arming and disarming the system can be done from the main control panel’s touch keypad, via key fob remote control, RFID card, or from a Smartphone. Up to 10 remote controls and 50 RFID cards (all sold separately) can be connected, which can be individually named so you know who disarmed the system.
The system has all of the standard features you would expect in an alarm system, such as entry/exit delay, tamper switches, home mode, SOS panic button, and battery backup. The internal battery ensures the system keeps operating for up to 6 hours in the event of a power failure or power being cut to your property.
By using the Smart Life App, you can easily configure and manage the system using your Smartphone from anywhere in the world via the Internet. Arm and disarm, listen in or talk to someone using the two-way calling feature, or trigger the alarm remotely. The App is also compatible with Alexa and Google Home supported products, so you can have smart lights turn on when you disarm the alarm.
In addition to its wireless functionality, wired accessories such as alarm sensors, lights, sirens, smoke & vibration detectors, and door strikes can be connected..

Your order can be delivered to anywhere throughout Australia by standard road freight. Delivery is a flat $9.00 for items under $70 and free for items over $70 (with some exclusions) to anywhere in Australia.
Deliveries should arrive from 2-5 days after your order is placed. Please allow extra time for delivery to western states. Additional delivery time may result for heavy of bulky goods.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Change of mind returns
Although not obligated to do so, at Jaycar Electronics we appreciate that you may have second thoughts about your purchases and will give a 'Change of Mind' refund if goods* purchased from our store are returned within 14 Days. For 'Change of Mind' purchases, goods can only be accepted back for refund or exchange in "as sold" condition including undamaged original packaging, complete instruction books, manuals, accessories, etc. If freight expenses of any type have been incurred, these are not refundable. Jaycar does not provide credit notes. Your Sales Docket must accompany all returns. *Note: Refunds on 'Change of Mind' purchases do not apply to books, batteries, headphones, health products, semiconductors, computer software, all recordable media, some tools and non-multimeter test equipment (including cathode ray oscilloscopes), step-down transformers (240-100V), light globes, aerosols, constructed kits, wire purchased by the metre, some party lighting and associated products.
How to return an item purchased on our ebay store
Items purchased through our EBAY store can only be returned via mail at your expense to our head office at 320 Victoria Road Rydalmere, 2116.
Contact our customer service team via Contact Us to obtain an RA (Return Authority). All Returns lodged through mail must have an RA number or the packaged will be refused and returned to sender. Returns may take up to 14 working days to process. We recommend sending your returns with tracking so you can see when it has been delivered. Jaycar is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be issued back onto the same credit card or paypal account that was used to place the order. Please note Jaycar will not refund the original delivery fee unless products are determined to be faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranties
Jaycar warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the catalogue. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If any defect in materials or workmanship in product sold by Jaycar Electronics is identified and notified to us within the warranty period then we will, at our discretion repair or replace the product. Jaycar Electronics does not accept any liability beyond this for consequential loss. Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was not caused by, or was not substantially contributed to by, other factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance, or repair; alterations or modifications of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; or any neglect, misuse or excessive use. To claim under warranty return product to a Jaycar Electronics store within the warranty period and with all original sales dockets to provide starting date of the warranty period. Freight to and from the service department is required to be paid by the customer.
Kit Warranty
Most kits are successfully constructed with few problems; however, once the kit is under construction all warranty is void, as we cannot guarantee assembler's workmanship or components that have been used.
Statutory Warranties
Any statutory warranties applicable to your purchase will be honoured by Jaycar in addition to the warranties set out herein. If there is any conflict between any warranty herein contained and a statutory warranty, the terms of the statutory warranty will prevail.
Freight Charges Relating to Warranty Items
Warranty repairs or replacements of goods is free of charge however freight charges to and from the service department is required to be paid by the customer.
