This pretty dress is from Tracy Reese for Anthropologie in a misses size large. Shell: 95% rayon and 5% spandex with a silky feel. Lining is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  Black brown and cream in color.  Top section has sticky tape for support.  There is a hidden zipper at the back. Mesh type lining puffs up the skirt a touch. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 18.5 inches across

waist is 17 inches across

hips are 26 inches across

length is 46 inches long
