This a brand new item thats never been installed or opened and still in its original package form Grand General Accessories Mfg. This is a nice addition to the ceiling area of you new style (06& up) KW interior. Very easy install just clean off there with an alcohol based clean let it dry use either silicone or super glue, stick in place and thats it. Sold as a pr. there is a difference in the 2 sides.
