This item was obtained via Military surplus directly from a government warehouse. As such, the bivy covers in this listing have been in some cases stored for extended periods of time. They will show signs of EXTENDED storage which includes but is not limited to dust, minimal dirt. It should be able to pat or wash off very easily. . THESE ARE NEW but government surplus so please do not expect them to be PERFECT.
