Shipping policy

KC Tech Supply LLC ships all items following payment, within 1 business day. The exceptions are: an item needs additional handling/packaging or the provided shipping address is not valid.
Shipments are typically made through USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for big items.
If an item listing includes shipping choices, you can select your preference during checkout.
If you need overnight shipping, KC Tech Supply LLC can arrange this, but you need to request it before purchase.
All items are carefully packaged carefully to protect against damage during shipping.

All packages include tracking numbers posted to the eBay system when the shipping label is created.

Any items listed as being in "as-is" condition or for parts, or “not working,” are not returnable for any reason. Please contact KC Tech Supply LLC via eBay's messaging system to request a return in the unusual circumstance of a defective or broken item.
