Vintage Heavy Metal Simple Betel Box,  7 Compartment Drop-in & Spoons

This heavy box has a simple construction and design, but loads of vintage charm. The box top lifts from a lockable latch to showcase a lift able section with two hinged compartments, each divided in half, and one slide out panel outfitted with a lidded circular compartment on top that opens to two more compartments with tiny axe  shaped 'spoons'. There is space below this as well.

The box is crafted of several metals, mostly a white metal that is peeking through the brass like finish. The attaching hardware looks to be copper.

Weighs 2 lbs 10 oz

Vintage and shows wear and age, with a patina on the plated areas, some corrosion and oxidation throughout and within the compartments. Some scuffs and scratches and dings, but no crushed areas or issues with getting the box open, compartments out or broken hinges.
