Antique 19th century original Alfred Sabbaton Roorbach (1850-1900) impressionist landscape watercolor painting. Depicts an eye catching country landscape scene of a mill along side a river and a row boat in the foreground. In the distance a towering smoke stack can be seen rising up from large factories or mills. Signed A.S. Roorbach in the bottom right. Well done with pleasing brushstrokes and great capture of depth. Protected behind glass, matted and framed in it’s original antique gold washed molded wood frame. Ready to hang.

In Good overall condition. Exhibits moderate fading but still displays quite nicely. No holes, rips or tears. Frame is clean and free of damage. Mat shows staining in the bottom right corner. Displays handsomely.

Measures 13 1/2” x 7” and 20 1/8” x 13 1/8” with the frame.
