This drive has a 30 day warranty. Items with a 30 day warranty must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Specs and serial numbers are recorded. Hardware is covered under warranty, viruses are not. DOA items are 100% refundable including shipping. DOA - all DOA (dead on arrival) items must be reported within 48 hours. Working returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All items are covered by shipping insurance. Please notify the courier ASAP to avoid refusal. You must make the claim; we are not there to see the damage. Claims must be made within 72 hours. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging.
